Chicken Mixture by Diane Ogechi.

Some of my University Friends and some of the few friends I have now, having been asking me to share my cooking recipe๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

This people want to put me on a high jump.

I guess its because I love cooking and experimenting with food since that year๐Ÿ™‚

Chai! My days in Medical School (University Of Port-Harcourt) I would be rushing back to my room after classes to cook๐Ÿ™†

Despite my busy routine now, I always find time to cook a fresh meal everyday๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿ™†Life of a foodie.

The joy I feel eating a well cooked meal is unexplainable๐Ÿ˜

So friends I will try and share recipes on my blog every now and then, so you can make yours.

First recipe blog is my chicken mixture๐Ÿ‘†as seen in the above picture.

Chicken, Cabbage, Carrot, Bawa (long red pepper), Green Pepper, Tomatoes, Onions, Soya Beans Oil, Curry, Thyme, Chilli Pepper, Salt, Maggi and Ami seasoning.

Step one: Wash Chicken and boil for 10 minutes with salt and water.
Drain water and wash chicken again.

Put the Chicken in a fresh pot, add Curry, Thyme, Chilli Pepper, Salt Maggi and Ami seasoning to taste.
Please do not over spice Chicken, but spice to taste.

Add very little water and Soya or Olive Oil.

Put Chicken on fire to cook.

(While Chicken is cooking dice/chop the Cabbage, Carrot, Tomatoes, Green Pepper, Long red pepper, and Onion).

Cook Chicken until water dries leaving Chicken moist in the Oil.
Please do not burn the Chicken.

Add the diced/chopped Cabbage, Carrot, Tomatoes, Green Pepper, Long red pepper, and Onion to the pot of Chicken mix and cook for 3minutes on low heat.

Turn off heat and add mayonnaise, and stir everything very well.

Once well mixed, serve with a glass of Malt, Zobo or Wine.
